I enjoy this app, but the music selections are too energetic and have high BPMs for the "Ambient" selection. There is no ability to exclude certain poses, so you have to interrupt your flow to skip the pose. For pregnant women, we should definitely have the ability to exclude certain poses because we are prone to certain limitations. Otherwise, this app does make it easy to get regular exercise and stretches in.

Docked a star because the postpartum "trimester" is not featured and though it connects to Google fit, calories burned are not provided. Otherwise I love the app. There are a variety of exercises to choose from and a range of difficulty levels. The video and audio are very helpful. The music is too loud, but you are able to turn it off.

I went through the free 30 day trial before purchasing. I love this app. I'm currently 21 weeks along. I love the default music, I have no intention of changing it. It changes every day so it's not the same music all the time. Same thing with the practice. Even if you leave it on the same "booster" for a few days, the poses change up pretty well. There are options for beginners to change up the style a bit. The one thing I wish they would update is the angle of the camera.
